A socially responsible company

A socially responsible company

PROMAN, a committed corporate citizen

PROMAN’s core business is people. We have the best job in the world, helping others to find or change jobs!

More than ever, our vision guides our actions and takes on an even greater significance at a time when social and environmental challenges are intensifying.

True to our values, we have developed an approach that is in line with our core business: acting for employment!

Supporting people far from employment

PROMAN plays a role in helping people who are far from employment to get back into the job market. By making a long-term commitment to the interests of the most vulnerable, PROMAN acts by :

  • Promoting human capital and skills, which have been at the heart of our concerns since day one.

  • Contributing to the professional integration of people who are far from employment (young people without qualifications, disabled workers, isolated women, etc.).

  • Promoting diversity in employment, equal opportunities and preventing discrimination in the workplace.

  • Promoting solidarity by supporting associations and mobilising employees to take concrete action for vulnerable young people and the environment.

Acting for diversity and employment of the most vulnerable people

At PROMAN, we are convinced that diversity is a wealth and an asset for the company. That’s why we are actively committed to inclusion and employment of the most vulnerable. We believe that diversity is a fundamental value and we are proud to contribute to building a more inclusive society.

Promoting equality and opportunity for all

PROMAN’s commitment to social inclusion is reflected in concrete actions to promote equal opportunities and support people who are a long way from employment:

  • Spain: Organisation of integration programmes for people at risk of social exclusion, such as collaborations with foundations to offer practical training.
  • Portugal: Objective of social recruitment reaching 2 % of workers with disabilities through local partnerships.
  • Switzerland: Support for initiatives to integrate young people through apprenticeships in collaboration with cantonal authorities, and programmes to encourage older people to return to work.

PROMAN Intégrasports

PROMAN Intégrasports is an operation run by the PROMAN Foundation with the aim of promoting social integration through sport. At the last event, more than 300 disabled people and 100 schoolchildren came together for a day of sporting activities.
