The well-being of our employees is a priority!

At PROMAN, we firmly believe that our performance depends on the well-being of our employees. We are committed to creating a working environment that promotes both physical and mental health, while cultivating a climate of trust and conviviality, just like at home!

All over the world, actions are being taken to guarantee a healthy and motivating working environment:

  • Italy: Implementation of a Code of Ethics focusing on respect, integrity and the creation of an inclusive and safe workplace for all.
  • Switzerland: Provision of fresh fruit and water in branches to promote healthy habits, as well as integration programmes for young people and senior citizens.
  • Spain: Initiatives to promote sport, such as an annual padel tournament attended by more than 20 % of employees to strengthen community spirit and reduce sedentary lifestyles.

Promoting health and well-being at work

We have set up a warning system to prevent and manage any type of situation. We encourage our employees to adopt practices that promote their well-being at work, and this involves actions that put a smile on their faces: surprises in the branches, times for having fun and, above all, managers who are always available and ready to listen.

PROMAN deploys a massive training plan to prevent risks, make safety a priority and develop the skills of its teams so that they are suited to their jobs. It’s a way of valuing people and enabling employees to progress and evolve.

Our difference is our strength! The PROMAN Family is our state of mind. An internal survey revealed that 86 % of our employees feel good at PROMAN… and that’s just the beginning!

Making equal opportunities and inclusion a priority

We raise awareness among our employees and employment partners of the need to combat discrimination and encourage social and gender diversity. We launch initiatives to support young people without qualifications, women in precarious situations, workers with disabilities and other groups who are far from the labour market.

Our aim is to offer them a springboard to a career. By supporting support and training programmes, we give everyone the means to progress wherever PROMAN operates. That’s another of our Group’s strengths!

Building a sustainable future for future generations

Aware of its environmental responsibility to offer a better world to young people, PROMAN fully integrates ecological issues into its long-term vision. We are convinced that everyone has a role to play in reducing their carbon footprint and preserving natural resources.

PROMAN has set itself an ambitious goal of achieving carbon neutrality by 2035. To achieve this, we are implementing concrete initiatives to optimize our processes, reduce travel and prioritize sustainable solutions. We are proud to recover our waste, 86 % of which is recycled. This approach is part of a strategy where responsible resource management becomes a priority. We raise awareness among our permanent and temporary employees as well as our customers about good environmental practices, because we believe that the ecological transition is a collective responsibility. By acting today, we are helping to preserve resources for future generations.

At PROMAN, we have a different idea of employment: one that combines economic performance, social impact and environmental responsibility.
